Temporary Shutdown Notice

Effective November 1, 2025, Doodle Design Co. is pausing operations for internal reasons. We expect to reopen in early 2026.

Summary

The pause begins on November 1, 2025, with a targeted reopening in early 2026. We are not accepting new orders during this time, and all production has ceased until we return. Existing partnerships with clients continue as planned. Support remains available at hi@sharpsticker.store.

Orders and refunds

Orders placed on or before October 15, 2025, will be processed as normal. Orders placed after October 15, 2025, will not be processed. For orders placed after that date, we will cancel the order and issue a refund of the order total. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you are unsure when you placed your order, reply to your order confirmation email or contact support with your order number so we can confirm the status. Any future returns will be accepted before 11/11/25.

New orders and production

We are not accepting new orders during the pause. All production has ceased and will resume when we reopen.

Partnerships

This pause does not affect our partnerships with clients. Active contracts and agreed deliverables remain on track unless your account manager communicates a change. If you have questions about a specific project or timeline, please reach out and we will confirm the current status.
