How to start a return
Please take a look at our return policy before starting the return process.
Start the return process:
If your case meets the criteria above, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Step 1: Find the order.
If you have a Doodle Design Co member account, log in and locate the order for which you submit a return. If you do not have an account, check your email for Email order confirmation, which contains your order details (if you cannot find the email, check your junk mail).
Step 2: Start the return process.
Now that you have found your order info, you can just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Head to the return portal: https://sharpsticker.store/apps/redo/account
Step 2: Enter your order # and email that is corresponding order that was previously ordered .
Step 3: Select the order you are returning
Step 4: Select the products for return (if still returnable).
Step 5: Next, select the reason for the return and take 4 pictures: two of the product and two of the packaging.
Please keep in mind that we do require at least 4 pictures. Two pictures of the product and two of the packaging.
