We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.*
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you are eligible to submit a claim for a return or exchange.
Please keep in mind that you have a 14-day window to submit a claim. Also, just so you know, not all claims will be approved for a refund or return.
Claim submission criteria:
To process a claim, please provide a photograph of the damage, your order number, and your email address. If you have yet to get your product due to loss or theft, your claim may take longer to resolve.
