Step 1 — Document the Damage

Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging before doing anything else.

Step 2 — Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email hello@sharpsticker.store within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, description, and photos. We respond within one business day.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Step 3 — We Will Make It Right

Once we review your claim, we will offer a replacement or full refund — whichever works best for you.
