We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchase or project, send transactional emails like order confirmations and shipping notifications, and continually improve our products and services. We do not use your personal information to serve third-party advertisements, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order data for three years to fulfill our accounting and legal obligations. Research project files are stored for 90 days after delivery and then securely deleted, unless you have asked us to hold them longer.
