Everything you share is used solely to complete your research project and communicate with you about its progress. We do not use client information for marketing purposes and do not share your details with any third party without your explicit consent.

We will never sell your personal information or project details to anyone, for any reason.

Storage and Security

All project files and client documents are stored securely with access limited to team members working on your engagement. After your project is complete, we retain your files for 90 days, then securely delete them.

Confidentiality by Default

Every research project is treated as confidential from the moment we begin working together. If your situation requires a formal NDA, just let us know — we are happy to put one in place.
