Return Policy

At Doodle Design Company, we take great care in creating and shipping our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any ordersAll sales are final.

Exceptions – Lost, Stolen, or Severely Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives severely damaged, you may submit a return claim for a replacement or refund.

We will replace or accept return claims for products that have the following issues:

  • Warped, bent, or smeared prints
  • Severely damaged packaging affecting product quality
  • Lost or stolen orders

How to Submit a Return Claim

  1. Go to our return portal within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Follow the steps to provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. If your order is damaged, upload 4-8 clear photos of the product and packaging.
  4. Our team will review your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is eligible.

If Your Claim is approved:

  • If the product needs to be returned to Doodle HQ, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If shipping is not required, you may dispose of the damaged item, and your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, or you can choose not to get a replacement.

If shipping is required:

  1. Print and cut the prepaid shipping label.
  2. Attach the label to the box.
  3. Mail the box back to us.

If shipping is NOT Required:

  • You may dispose of the damaged product.
  • Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a notification that your replacement is on the way.

Please Keep in Mind:

  • We are not responsible for minor imperfections or slight variations in color/print, as these are normal in handmade and printed products.
  • We reserve the right to deny any claims that do not comply with this policy.
