Your Rights to Final Deliverables

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverable files we created specifically for you. You can use them for any lawful purpose related to your business — print them, put them on your website, use them in advertising, and so on.

Our Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain the right to display work created for you in our portfolio and case studies. We also retain ownership of any preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused designs that were not selected as the final deliverable.

What You Cannot Do

You may not resell, sublicense, or claim original authorship of work we created for you. You may not use our work in ways that are illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others.

Source Files

Source files such as AI or PSD files are not included in standard deliverables unless specifically agreed upon in your proposal. If you need source files, let us know before the project begins and we will include that in the quote.
