At Sharp Sticker, we want every customer to feel confident about purchasing from us. This page outlines our complete policy on returns and refunds.
Physical Products
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. Email hello@sharpsticker.store within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We review every claim personally and respond within one business day.
We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for physical products based on a change of mind.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Because digital files are made available the moment your order is confirmed, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a genuine technical issue, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Time
